Nine times out of ten, it\u2019s quite difficult to convince yourself to stick at something that\u2019s good for you.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe you want to <a href=\"https:\/\/diversitynewsmagazine.com\/walking-meditation-app-easiest-way-to-start-meditating\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">start meditating<\/a> a few times a week, or journaling to get your feelings out, or you\u2019re simply trying to eat a few more vegetables at dinner time? You\u2019ll probably stick to the habit for a week or two and then slowly phase it out of your life again!<\/p>\n<p>But why is that? Why is it so difficult to build a healthy habit and continually practice it? They want the change to happen now, and be something they\u2019ve got securely under their belt and don\u2019t have to think about anymore. And most of the time, this is just going to set them back to square one.<\/p>\n<p>Habit building <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychologytoday.com\/gb\/blog\/prescriptions-for-life\/202006\/stop-rushing-and-pushing-through-your-life\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">can\u2019t be rushed<\/a>. You can\u2019t take on too much at once. You need to lay one brick at a time to progress &#8211; that\u2019s why it\u2019s called \u2018building\u2019 in the first place!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>You\u2019re Putting a Lot of Pressure on Yourself<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>It\u2019s rather ironic, but it\u2019s quite easy to turn the formation of a good habit into something that\u2019s quite bad for you. This happens when you let the pressure mount on, and start seeing and\/or talking to yourself in a negative way when you \u2018fail\u2019 to keep up with the habit you\u2019re trying to adopt.<\/p>\n<p>But no one ever got anywhere by being mean to themselves in their own head! And the more you are, the less likely you\u2019ll be to actually start working your desired habit into your day to day life.<\/p>\n<p>Take the pressure off by taking a step back, reminding yourself what the real goal is here, and even trying some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecbdistillery.com\/cbd-shop\/gummies\/thc-cbd-gummies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thc cbd gummies<\/a> if that will help you approach your days with less anxiety and revolving thoughts.
